Accommodating up to 4 guests, The View offers a loft bedroom with one full and one queen bed. Climbing a steep ladder into the loft could be difficult for guests with mobility issues. I recommend checking out an alternative treehouse, such as the Tent Treehouse.

The steep ladder can be nerve-wracking with small children. Be sure to keep them with you at all times.

Helpful Tips For Staying At The View Treehouse

Before booking your escape to The View Treehouse at the Mohicans, take a moment to read through this list of helpful tips to help make your stay more enjoyable.

• Pack Light! There are no elevators or lifts to get you or your things into the treehouse. Therefore, you will need to carry everything up a flight of stairs.
• Bring ice. The mini-fridge does not have a lot of room, nor does it have an ice-maker.
• Prepare to unplug. Service is pretty much non-existent at the treehouse. An emergency landline phone is up the gravel road by the community resort map.
• There is a full bathroom inside the treehouse. The outdoor shower is only offered seasonally.

Booking Tip: The Treehouse availability calendar is opened APPROXIMATELY 3 months in advance for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday reservations (March-November) due to priority bookings for wedding guests at The Mohicans Wedding Venue. 

At this time, ALL MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, & WEDNESDAYS are open 1 year in advance.
